Frankly I could care less about Core's ego. They are the ones doing all the heavy lifting and coming to market with real progress.

WTF has Gavin done in these past few years? Vouched for the biggest con-artist in the world claiming to be satoshi, who is now on a patent fever set to scam the world and milk as many people for as much money as possible?

Gavin is a fool, provably so. CW will never provide proof (because he is not satoshi) and that is the ultimate nail in Gavin's coffin on this story. As we all know, Gavin was "bamboozled". I will take egomaniacs who do real work over gullible fools who twiddle their thumbs anyday.
