My account got compromised a while back. I spoke with support to lock and freeze it. Since then I have spoken to them 3 times letting them know that I really need the account frozen it's not me using it.
They lied 4 times. As right now, someone just logged in across the world from another device. Bitfinex is allowing someone to use my account, acknowledging it on support, but then remaining it to be open and used by whoever hacked it.
I wouldn't trust much money with these guys if they have literally lied 4 times through support in the last week. Anyhow, contacting support does nothing, so mid as well share my experiences here since they don't seem to care.
