For the past week I have had a large wire transfer sitting in complete limbo with coinbase and their response has been silence for a week. This is money that is completely unaccounted for in their system and my bank says that they have accepted the money. At this point you have to ask "what do I have to do to get this back?" Emails go unanswered and there is really no other avenue of response. When do you consider the money stolen? This is just beyond shit from the company we are trusting to not be the next mtgox.
