Whatever your stance on BIP148 or SegWit generally, and however unlikely you presume its success; if you have no contingency plan for (at least temporarily) supporting both chains in the event BIP148 causes a split on August 1, you are willfully ignoring an easily mitigated existential threat to your platform's solvency.
