I purchased BTC from an affiliate location and (rather naively) did not wait for them to approve the transaction before leaving the business.
A few hours after not receiving my bitcoin I sent a message to their support. While they were rather helpful at first, they rejected my claims that I had in-fact paid the cashier because the store owner said "we can't find the money."
It's important to note that the affiliated business, upon further inspection (no security cameras, shady behavior), is not trustworthy either. But the bottom line is, InstaKiosks will not do a proper assessment of who they allow to run an "atm" with them.
If you do not absolutely trust the vendor, do NOT trust InstaKiosks to protect you in the case of a fraudulent vendor.
