It seems to me that this is a generally (to most people, even those who have heard of Bitcoin) unknown effort which if it keeps up anywhere near its growth will have in the 100s of millions of dollars in capacity within a year or so. There is no way any of the recent forks could build something like LN (in terms of number of nodes) and so if LN is in fact a valuable thing, I think BCH/SV are basically doomed to sink into obscurity.
