I tried to send my entire balance to another wallet but there are still 0.000253 BTC remaining. I know it's only $0.23, but how to get it out? Or is it just lost? If it's just lost, i this seems to be a problem for Bitcoin users. Multiply 0.000253 BTC by millions of wallets over time and starts to add up to a big loss/waste.
