Let people fling FUD around. Let the state of BTC be uncertain. I think most people will say they would buy at least at $200 or $300. Personally I'd be in for more coins for sure at @$400, maybe some fractions at $500. From there you can see the bidding war escalate higher. There are thousands (10s of thousands?) of people ready to out bid each other to buy at these levels when weak hands exit.
