I'm trying to buy something with BTC for the first time, and didn't account for transaction fees.

I have an account with coinbase, but for me to buy 0.00028218 I will get a $2 transaction fee for like $0.9 of BTC.

​

Is there anywhere I can purchase small amounts for minimal fees?
