I am fan of 148 (as small merchant i will rather loose some money due turbulences in near future, than close my bussiness due fees) but afaik this BIP will not be merged to core codebase for being problematic even as opt-in. Some core devs likes 149 more so is there consensus at least in dev community that BIP 149 will be officialy supported and thus merged to Core if BIP 148, MASF, FrankenSegwit(?) will fail?
